Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bytolix's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Bytolix provides agentic AI consulting, development, and deployment services including but not limited to multi-agent orchestration systems, RAG pipelines, AI copilots, and workflow automation. The specific scope of services is defined in individual Statement of Work agreements.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when engaging our services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or misappropriate our proprietary methodologies
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of AI systems we build

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a Statement of Work, code, systems, and deliverables created for client engagements are assigned to the client upon full payment. Bytolix retains rights to its proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and reusable components.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of the other party's proprietary information. Bytolix will not disclose client data or business information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bytolix's liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Subscription Terms

For platform subscriptions: trials are 7 days. After trial, subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
